Kind of like little red riding hood…but different
Well, well, well, great minds really do think alike. Look at this vintage treasure my girls and I rounded up today.
We chose these exquisite red things separately and brought them together at the cashier.
I set up a photo shoot to show you, but then, my artistic director decided to get her hand in.
I guess the shoot was missing a certain something.
Yeah…it was.

Oh, my goodness, isn’t she precious! I love the red, particularly the shoes.

Ever is the sweetest; I call her Binky. Could you believe all that red? I need more red in my life now!

I think your artistic director deserves a raise. š
Everyone coming back with something red reminded me of antiquing with my Dad and sister one day a few years ago. I’m a lot faster at going through a shop than either of them, so I’m usually left sitting somewhere waiting. This one store had an open wooden staircase going up to a balcony level, so I was sitting on the steps when my sister came by. She asked if I had found anything interesting and I responded that only one thing caught my interested, but I’d probably never use it, so I put it back. She asked what it was and I said it was a butter cutter. A metal “frame” with wires that slice the butter into pats like an egg or apple slicer… She moved her purse to show me what was in her hand … the butter slicer! A huge store with a million antiques and we both get drawn to the same crappy little gadget LOL. [#TALU]

That’s so great Chris! Sometimes my daughters and I spot the same thing and point it out too. Don’t you just love silly little antique gadgets? I’m sure I’ve got hundreds. My excuse is that I photograph them for a living but the truth is I love having them. I’m so glad you left your blog link because now I can come visit you! š

Awww sweet, I absolutely love that second shot.

Aw thank you Kenya. It’s sometimes impossible to get any work done with Binky underfoot, but I love having her here. š

Oh Veronica, she is so precious! Took me by surprise. The assorted red items, the little hand, and then that FACE! Love it.
Thanks for linking up with the TALU!
