Love Letters: Dear Rest
It’s so peaceful here.
It’s quiet and uncomplicated and serene.
I love it. Rosy and fresh and cool.
Like a good book.
Like a song.
A bowl of really sweet cherries.
Yeah, that’s it.
Cherries, like cherries.
Postcard: Acrylic paint, shadow play, plus a collaged copy of Erwin Blumenfeld’s photograph Aubade 1938.
The only place I really rest it seems is at my cabin. No electricity, no cell phone reception, no bother.
I love it so much. I really have to get up here more often.
Beautiful V ! Every time I see your creations I feel inspired!
Thank you so much Kathryn. I love it so much if I can inspire people. <3 Thank you for telling me that.

Mmmm, I bet the fresh Spring scents in the woods are heavenly right now!
so jealous of you having a cabin, without wifi etc …. that is my idea of heaven!
I love your picture too.
makes me wish i had somewhere like that to escape to … a little alone time is a wonderful thing … i think thats way i dont mind getting up so early and coming into the office when its still dark out and no one is here but me …
So beautiful V .. enjoy your cabin I know it means so much to you. Keep enjoying that view .. such a gorgeous pic of you 😀
Thank you so much Julie. 😀 I was just up there and, oh my goodness! I can hardly bring myself to leave for the city again.
