Well then, here’s the good old West Coast weather we know and love
Here it comes…a solid week of rain
Don’t talk to Morgan, she hates every thing and every one when it rains.
Puddles everywhere, even in the parks.
Nothing to do but head to the nearest lovely warm spot and watch the rain come down.
I’ve never been to Nebraska Bolton. Only been up and down the coast and a few states to the west, like Montana, and random states like, NY, FL, Louisiana. Have to do more exploring in the US. When I make it to Nebraska you are guaranteed a big hug. 🙂
Beautiful photos, Veronica. I love the one featuring Morgan. And I completely agree with your idea of how to spend time when it is raining 🙂 I love the autumn, too!
Interesting flash story told by words and lovely pictures. Morgan is beautiful…so are you and C, of course. Enjoy the rain. We didn’t have enough this year and I think it will cause us to have a less colorful autumn.
Beautiful pictures, Veronica, especially the one of you.
I forgot you’re in Vancouver – are you going to the writer’s conference next weekend? I was planning to, but it didn’t work out this year. Would have been fun to meet you.
Thank you Jane Ann. Too bad I can’t go, but there are so many other opportunities in Van throughout the year for great writer and artists get togethers.
Do you Jo? Have to go hunt them out on your blog and have a look. Milo and Theo, our male cats, couldn’t care less. Actually, couldn’t get Milo in out of the rain yesterday. He was kicking up his heels and doing that funny sideways run out of pure joy.
I love all your photos. They gave me a nice range of emotions. Morgan looks like a funny girl! And love that photo of you. Aw, yes, one of my favorite things . . . to snuggle up with a warm drink on a rainy day.
Love that carpet of multicolored leaves in the park!! Isn’t it interesting how the rain and clouds change the light–I don’t know how to word it–it takes out the brightness, and puts in blue, or something, it’s interesting and you caught it perfectly!

Aw thank you Linda. Morgan is coming to terms with the rain but still hates the world. Too bad she doesn’t know how to hang out in coffee shops. 🙂
