  1. Hello, Veronica!! You’ve been awarded!! Come and see! I LOVE YOUR ABOUT POEM…

  2. Hi Veronica. Very nice blog. I am sure I will be enjoying your creative offerings in the future. Peace and Light
    Walter

  3. This is one of the best “about” pages I have seen. Simplicity with depth.

    • Aww, thank you Linda. I find it really hard to write about myself and would really rather not, so this is a good alternative. :)

  4. Hi Veronica! I really like this introduction :) I’m having a peak at your space. Have found you through Sarah’s Good Mail Club.

    • Hi Sophie, thank you very much and don’t you just love the good mail club? Something to look forward to each month. :)

  5. Love your about poem, makes me feel good inside, like I know you and could be known by you, thank you,

    Elizabeth

    • Aww, thank you very much Elizabeth. I hope we get to know each other better this year thru our blogs and thru the Sunday whirls. :)

  6. Our about pages are individual, revealing just enough.
I’ll be back to read your wordle of the week :)
I believe we have visited each other before, but this is my first time at your ‘about page’.

I agree. It will all work out.

  8. I love this blog. It speaks to the part of me that loves art, photography, and creativity. Unfortunately, the business of daily life usually overwhelms the part of me that longs to appreciate the world. I need to come more often…

    • Aw, thank you so much Julia. I know what you mean. It’s always a struggle to cram in the creativity, isn’t it? But then it’s so vital to happiness for people like us. I think it should be a priority, but try telling that to the rest of the daily life! :)

  9. Veronica, adoro tu sitio!! Es Primaveral!

    • Veronica says:

Muchas gracias, that’s ever so sweet of you to say my fellow Canadian blogger Vatelechuza. Is your name Alma? I’d love to know. Quebec is still really cold, isn’t it? Last time I was there was this past June. It hasn’t changed, still so lovely. :)

      • I’m curious to know why you named me ‘Alma’ That mean ‘Soul’ in Spanish… ‘Vate’ = Poet and ‘lechuza’ =Owl , a nocturnal bird that writes poems :) I leave in Gaspesie, about 800 km from Quebec city. And we still have a lot of snow. Yes today is cold!

  10. I have a sneaking suspicion it will all work out! :-)

  11. I couldn’t decide which entry to comment on so I came to this page instead! I’m just loving all you share!
    Thank you!

  12. I love that and will looking at more of your work. and thoughts xx

  13. I just may have to frame your “She is”….pretty much sums it up for me too!! I’m so technologically incompetent, wish I could figure out how to follow you? Any advice? Can I follow you thru WordPress?

    • Hi Barb, hope you do print it out. :) I love to share everything I post here. (For absolutely free, with no strings attached) I think the only way to follow is to put your email addy into the little follow box on the right hand side. I really should check out more plug-ins for that. :) But thank you so much for wanting to.

  14. Dear Veronica,
Just wondering if you ever received our package from the giveaway at Lady B’s TIme for Tea. I sent it months ago but didn’t hear that you got it. Please let me know.
    Thanks, Ruthie

    • I did Ruthie, thank you so much. Unfortunately I was up in arms with these floor renovations and then I left for England for a very extended time soon after that and so now I’m only getting a chance to begin enjoying your lovely gifts. Much love and thank yous to you both.

  15. When the wind whispers in your ear, a song so old and yet new, of life and love, dreams that are still to be or have come and gone, as the wind caresses bringing a leaf to stay behind… I reach up and remove the gift from my hair. With a sigh I move on. Thanks in my heart on my lips. As my treasure from my hand slips.

    • Thank you Neil. Now that we got straightened out, I want to thank you for this lovely poem inspired by this page. :)

  16. sharon grantley says:

Love your “about me”…perfect…I’m toying with the idea of a blog or a website…ooohh how exciting…so now looking at everyones to get ideas…

  17. I found your photos very comforting Veronica! Thank you for sharing them :)

  18. Hey, love your poem. This is one of my favorite “About” pages I’ve stumbled upon in a blog. Speaking of taking photos every day, ever played around with a Polaroid camera? I dunno why, but I feel like getting my hands on one sometime.

    • Hi there Createsumzing, thank you very much. I have a couple Polaroid cameras here but the film is getting harder and more expensive to find, isn’t it? There’s a new P-type camera out which takes tiny little P shots. I thought that was a lot of fun. :)

      • Yeah, and on Amazon, the Polaroid cameras are more expensive than they should to be. Considering the quality of the photos anyway. (Unless they’re found at a thrift store or yard sale).

  19. A unique way of introducing yourself and I suspect that every one of your site visitors will find something in common with you. Love the photo.
