An impromptu evening round the iPad
Last night a couple of Chloe’s girlfriends decided to come over to see her one last time before Japan.
This morphed, as these things tend to do, into seven 20-somethings for supper. 😀
I love it!
There was so much talk and laughter, nice food, chocolate cupcakes and tea for afters, games, and the iPad and iPencil.
Since I got the iPencil, we’ve only really drawn something in the notes app, so, not wanting to try to find a last minute drawing app, we opened a new note, and passed the iPad and pencil around.
And everyone drew, and we chatted and caught up.
Would you like to see what the note ended up looking like?
Here it is:
I printed out a copy for Chloe to take with her to Japan, and several more for everyone who wanted one. 😀

What a wonderful gift for everyone involved!

I thought so too! Something to remember. 😀

love it … did you draw the bat?
Veronica
No, I drew the cartoons of Chloe in her vintage Vesace dress and Bryson in his Aikido Hakama. But I drew it simply in black and white…without the Kawai dasu (that’s cute in Japanese) bow or the Aikido sword! The kids just added and coloured. 😀

Abe Lincoln rode a pennyfarthing? Who knew?

I know, right? Oh the things you can learn from 20-somethings. 😀
